Introduced with the park’s opening in 1961, the Buffalo Trading Post is one of the park's largest indoor shops. It is located in Mexico near Crazy Horse Saloon.
The Buffalo Trading Post used to be home to the Cyclorama Museum of American Indians. From 1968 to 1978, guests could view this 90-foot long display featuring realistic Native American figures and authentic historical relics. Prior to 2021, Buffalo Trading Post was formerly known as Indian Village Trading Post.
The interior of Buffalo Trading Post carries an impressive theme.
The Trading Post featured the Cyclorama Museum of American Indians from 1968 to 1978.
