The Original Performance Space
Opened in 1961, the Crazy Horse Saloon is the oldest indoor performance venue at Six Flags Over Texas. The venue is an intimate performance space that typically puts on saloon-style productions. When it opened in 1961, the saloon had a fully-functioning bar (that served soft drinks). The back bar was built in 1890 and imported from a real saloon while the front was built to match. In early seasons, Crazy Horse Saloon didn’t feature the typical theme park show. Instead, performers would interact with saloon visitors and perform musical numbers throughout the day.
Crazy Horse Saloon is the oldest indoor performance venue at the park.
Crazy Horse Saloon has been home to a number of live productions.
Crazy Horse Saloon is located in the park’s Texas section.
