Rancho de Pollo, also referred to as Totally Kickin' Chicken, is located in the park's Mexico section. This large restaurant features covered outdoor seating and has multiple dining pass options.
This restaurant location was built during the park’s opening season in 1961 and was home to La Taraza Refresh Stand. In 1973, La Taraza Refresh Stand was renamed La Cantina Snack Stand. Eventually, the location would become home to Cactus Cantina. In 2009, Cactus Cantina was transformed into a second in-park Johnny Rockets restaurant before becoming Rancho de Pollo.
Rancho de Pollo features a large covered outdoor seating section.
The dining location was home to La Cantina in the park’s earlier days.
